How to Enrol
To get on the waitlist for the Capilano University Children's Centre, you can download an application form or fill out the application form online. If you would prefer, you can contact the Capilano University Children's Centre at 604.984.4950 where we would be pleased to fill out an application form for you over the telephone. To view the centre, you will need to make an appointment. Please note that students of Capilano University have priority for available child care spaces.
Hours and Holidays
The Centre is open Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are closed on statutory holidays, the week between Christmas and New Year, two staff professional days per year, two days for planning and organizing and a two week summer closure. A list of closure dates will be provided at the start of each new year.

Centre Fees
Monthly child care fees are as follows:
Infant/Toddlers: 5 days a week: $1060.00
3 days a week: $760.00
2 days a week: $513.00
3-5 year olds: 5 days a week: $815.00
3 days a week: $586.00
2 days a week: $397.00
Fees are to be paid by cheque and/or subsidized Authorization Form. Fees are due in advance during the first week of the month. Post-dated cheques are required for a period of 10 months.
Subsidy Information
Applications for the Provincial Government Child Care Subsidy can be made through the Ministry of Children and Family Development . Please see the children's centre manager for the phone number. (Please note that two to three weeks are required for processing the subsidy.)
