Acquisitions Policy

Library materials are acquired at the discretion of the Librarians responsible for the collection, based on the needs of the curriculum and the limitations of the Library budget and space. An effort is made to have the library collection represent a diverse range of views, based on accepted standards of scholarship. The same criteria are applied to materials offered to the Library as gifts.
