AV Equipment & Services Request

Use the following form to book up to 3 pieces of equipment at a time.

  • You must be a Capilano University Instructor to book audio visual equipment from the Capilano University Library.
  • All bookings must be made at least 2 days in advance.
  • Faculty and students can also book times to use the AV production equipment which includes flatbed and slide scanning, digital image downloading, high-speed audio tape duplication and CD burning.

PLEASE NOTE: Equipment may not be used for profit making purposes or for events where admission is charged. All equipment becomes the responsibility of the borrower once it leaves the Audio Visual Department.
