The CLC Helpdesk provides software assistance to students of Capilano University.
Assistance is available during posted duty hours.
The computer lab offers the following hardware:
- thirty one networked PC's
- one scanner station
- two black and white laser printers
- one colour laser printer
- one pc for students with disabilities
- Windows XP
- MS Office 2007
- Internet Explorer
- Moodle
- scheduled workshops using software on the network
- individual tutorials for students
- individual help for students with specific hardware and software concerns
- student Moodle support
- ad hoc assistance in the lab
