 Welcome to the Info Centre

Do you need information about just about anything on the campus? We are here to help!

As the main reception centre we welcome and assist hundreds of visitors each week by phone and in person. We are often the first point of contact and members of our staff work hard to present a positive image of the University. We strive to offer the most accurate and timely information to students, employees and members of the public.

While some enquiries can be handled quickly and easily, many require our staff to provide extra “detective work” to solve specific problems. We document this information for future use, and have accumulated a vast amount of knowledge about the University and the community itself. However, we still get questions requiring that extra bit of work. We enjoy these challenges and do our best to provide accurate information in a friendly and timely manner.

We are located on the second floor in the Birch Building, North Vancouver Campus, at the south end of the campus directly across from the Sportsplex. The room number is BR212.
