How to Apply

The deadline for new applications for exchange semesters for the Fall 2012 and Spring 2013 term is Tuesday, January 31, 2012. 

Application packages can be picked up at the Study Abroad Office in Cedar 335 or download it HERE

Your completed application package should include the following:

1. Completed Capilano University Exchange Program Application
2. Letter of Intent, 450-500 words long which set out and explains:
• the relationship of international/intercultural education to your career goals
• why and how this particular student exchange will be of value to you
• what you believe you can contribute to Capilano University as an Ambassador for Study Abroad
3. Current Resume
4. Official Academic Transcripts
5. 2 Faculty Reference Forms
6. Photocopy of the identification page of your passport
7. 2 2x2 Passport Sized Photos

We cannot process your application without all the information above and so applying without all these required documents will delay your application
