George Bush branded North Korea, Iraq, and Iran members of the axis of evil. A holdover from the 20th Century, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and the USA remain in a cold war deep-freeze. Vancouver artist Irwin Oostindie presents photographs, film and digital artwork revealing how North America's misrepresentation of North Korea stands as an obstacle to peace and reunification for the Korean peninsula.
