Criminal Record Check

In order for your application to the SEA program to be considered, you must provide a criminal record check authorization to the Criminal Records Review program.  More information is available about the requirements here.

In order to complete the process to provide your criminal record check (CRC), you must make an appointment to meet with one of the Department Assistants.

Notes:

There is a $20 non-refundable processing fee for each CRC.  Payment must be made by credit card.  Instructions will be provided when you book your appointment.

Please note that appointments will fill up quickly.  Make sure you book your appointment AT LEAST 3 WEEKS prior to submitting your SEA application.

Please note: this Criminal Record Check MUST be completed by Capilano University, please do not submit a CRC which you have received anywhere else.
