Think Your Way to Freedom
Earn three university transferable credits in just two weeks with this condensed offering of Critical Thinking (PHIL 110). The course is offered May 2012 (Monday to Friday-dates TBA) from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Capilano’s North Vancouver campus.
Taught by Dr. Sue Gardner, the course (PHIL 110) explores questions such as: How is it possible that even though what we do has lifelong implications for ourselves as individuals, for our loved ones, and for the communities of which we are members, so little of our formal education focuses on analyzing our practical reasoning, i.e. the reasoning that leads to action?
Comic strip characters, Diva and Bennie, will guide you on an incredible journey that will show you how to become your own person. Bonus – you will also learn to write well!
Critical Thinking (PHIL 110) is also offered over a regular term throughout the year. Check Capilano’s Course Schedule & Fees Search for details.
