Admission Requirements to the Third Year

- Completed online application form for Capilano University
- Official transcripts of college/ university coursework
- 2 sealed letters of reference addressing personal and academic suitability
- Current resume
- 1,000 word “Life History” including personal, familial and cultural aspects, also including history of health or emotional difficulties and any other challenges you have experienced
- 500 word essay on “Why I wish to become a Music Therapist”.
- Reserve an audition-interview time by contacting the Music Department or 604-984-4951 after January 15.
