Josema Zamorano

Josema has been teaching university courses in different fields (Spanish, engineering, literature) since 1999. He teaches Spanish at UBC and Spanish conversation courses at Capilano. He is a Ph.D. candidate at UBC where he is pursuing a hermeneutical reading of the poetry of Octavio Paz in the light of phenomenology and existentialism. He enjoys playing with images in photography and poetry. He teaches introductory photography at the AMS-UBC and has exhibited a few photographs in Mexico, at UBC and at the Rhizome Cafe in Vancouver.
