 Administration

A message from the Coordinator:

It is said that "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure". So as we move into the 21st century, society is placing more and more emphasis on health, wellness and exercise. Human Kinetics is no exception to this trend. The study of human movement in occupational, recreational, health, sport and leisure environments has come under increasing scrutiny. If you have an interest in the examination of these paradigms and their effects on the individual and society as a whole, consider a career in Human Kinetics.

I invite you to review the web site  information and to contact the Department of Human Kinetics if you have any questions. To be a student in Human Kinetics at Capilano University gives you access to smaller class sizes and labs, modern facilities, and a dedicated staff and University community to provide the support required for excellence in teaching and learning. My colleagues and I are proud of our program and look forward to serving our students through instruction, practical application and knowledge.
