Rae NICKOLICHUK

Rae NICKOLICHUK, BA (Hons.) (Carleton), MA (UBC)

Rae Nickolichuk has taught many of the courses offered by the English department, but particularly enjoys English 100 because of the variety of students who take the course and literature courses such as 103, 106, 109, and 210 which allow her to indulge her interest in the visual arts, particularly film and painting. She is a past department coordinator and Writing Centre convenor. Currently, she is working on several projects, primarily linking visual analysis and composition.

Outside of work, she prefers to be outdoors and admits to an unhealthy obsession with both the Vancouver Canucks and Samuel Beckett. She is starting to wonder if the two are somehow related—Waiting for Stanley?
