Dan MUNTEANU

Dan MUNTEANU, MA (Bucharest), MA (UBC) 

 Dan received his first Master's Degree in English from the University of Bucharest and his second, also in English, from UBC. His main area of interest is world literature, with a double focus on the western tradition and Latin American literatures. He teaches second-year literature courses, ENGL 212 (World Literature - The Western Tradition), ENGL 208 (The Novel), ENGL 219 (Literature into Film), as well as first-year introductory literature courses. Dan also teaches composition. Dan is a certified member of the Society of Translators and Interpreters of British Columbia and member by affiliation of the Canadian Translators, Terminologists, and Interpreters Council.
