| Concrete Formwork |
- Moving / Placing Metal Form panels,
- Occasional hammering on metal form may occur
- Placing of wood blockouts in form will require some sawing / nailing.

| Reinforcing Steel |
- Handling of steel bars into position - reasonably quiet
- Occasional cutting of bars will be required ( power saw )

| Concrete Placing & Finishing |
- Delivery and pumping will be scheduled to be completed before 8:00 PM.
- Concrete finishing of slabs will be done by power trowel - sound will be similar to a small lawnmower
- Concrete equipment will likely be removed off-site when work completed- exit will have to be via Skeena

| Electrical installations |
- Workers will be on site but no significant noise anticipated

Plumbing installations

- Workers will be on site but no significant noise anticipated

Cranes
|
- Cranes will be working most evenings however they are electric powered and very quiet.
