May 9, 2011 - District of North Vancouver Report to Council regarding Noise Variance
Capilano University - Extension of Construction Hours
This is to advise that on May 2nd 2011, the Council for the District of North Vancouver considered the December 13th 2010 report of the Community Planner regarding the Noise regulation Bylaw in connection with construction occurring at 2055 Purcell Way. Council subsequently passed the following resolution:
THAT
Council instruct staff not to enforce the Noise Regulation Bylaw against Capilano University from May 2nd to July 31st 2011 in connection with construction occurring at 2055 Purcell Way, provided that Capilano University complies with and fulfils all the terms and obligations set forth in Schedule A attached hereto.
