May 3, 2011 - Noise variance in place to July 30th

The District council approved the noise variance allowing construction activities and noise from 7:00am to 11:00pm on weekdays and 8:00am to 4:00pm on Saturdays until June 30th. For the month of July, noise may extend until 9:00pm from Monday to Friday.  

It is the expectation of the project team that the building will be closed in by mid-June, resulting in very little construction noise except during the day for landscaping and other activities.
