Banner-related redirects
Per IT Services, please ensure that all Banner-related links that are on your website(s) use the correct redirects.
The following table lists all the Banner-related redirects that currently exist. Any reference to these services on public pages or in e-mails should use these URLs. Doing this ensures that if the service is unavailable, we can give the students a friendly web page informing them of the service interruption.

To make this easier, commonly used Banner-redirects are now available on the drop-down LINKS list in Active CM (see the screen shot below), which lists the most frequently used links.
This means that Active CM users can select the correct link from the LINKS drop down list and it will be automatically inserted into the text.
When updating a page:
- delete the existing link, if necessary
- position the cursor where you want to insert the link
- select the link to insert by clicking on it
- the correct link and the link title will be inserted automatically (no typing necessary)
If the drop down links do not show up in your editor list, simply edit your existing links so they have the correct banner-related URLs. Click on the link that needs to be updated, click on the "create link icon" (looks like a world with a chain on it) and update the external address.
