Study Space for Students

Quiet Study

A limited number of classrooms are available on the North Vancouver campus for quiet study. All students are welcome. Space is available on a drop-in basis. Please see below for room availability in specific time blocks.

Group Study

To book a classroom for group projects, students must have their instructor forward a room booking request to roombookings@capilanou.ca. In the email, please remember to include the following required information:

• Use the subject line: 
     Room Book Request: DATE / TIME_RANGE / ROOM (event_description)
• Department or other area the booking is for
• Description of the event, including course and section if applicable (e.g. Student group project for BMKT 100 01)
• Date, time, and duration of the booking. Please include time for a room set-up, if required.
• Room request, if a specific room is required
• Required capacity and/or required room characteristics if a specific room is not requested
