Fall 2011 New Student Orientation - North Vancouver campus
Welcome to Cap!
Tuesday, September 6, 2011
Capilano University will kick off the fall term on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 with an action-packed day at Fall 2011 New Student Orientation. Find out the check-in time and location for your program.
As a new Capilano student attending the North Vancouver campus, you will enjoy a fun and interactive day, including a welcome presentation, faculty welcome talk, comedy improv performance, lunch, campus fair, entertainment and much more. Make new friends, visit information booths and get to know your new school.
You’ll also have the opportunity to go on an optional campus tour led by student leaders.
You should expect to spend two and a half hours at the event, plus an additional hour if you take part in a campus tour. Some programs plan to hold a separate program orientation session immediately after the general orientation. You will be notified by your program if you are expected to attend a program orientation.
Fall term commences with evening classes starting at 5:30 p.m. or later on September 6 on the North Vancouver campus in order to enable new students to attend orientation and returning students to get involved.
Please note: some programs are not participating in orientation. See exceptions for a detailed list.
