Faculty

All faculty can pick up their gowns and get assistance with their hoods in BR 125 starting an hour before each ceremony. You must return your gown to the same location following the ceremony.

Program Representatives

You will assemble with your graduates in the Lower cafeteria a half hour before the ceremony. You will join your students in the procession at the front of your programs' groupings.

Other Faculty

You will process in with the Platform party and be on stage for the duration of the ceremony. You will meet in BR 125 no later than a half hour before the ceremony. Each ceremony should be 1.5—2 hours in duration.

A reception will follow under the tent outside of the Sportsplex.
