Application for Graduation or Replacement Credentials
The Application for Graduation Assessment or Replacement Credentials is now online. Credentials will not be issued if any University account is outstanding. The applicant must clear all debts before a credential will be issued.
Applications for Graduation Assessment for Spring 2012 (May 28) are now closed.
