Fee Deferral Process

A fee deferral process has been implemented to prevent eligible students from being deregistered. To be considered for a Fee Deferral, a completed Request for Fee Deferral form and documentation confirming approval of funding and the funded amount(s) must be submitted to the Financial Aid & Awards Office no later than April 30, 2012, at 4:00 p.m. for the Summer 2012 term.

Fee deferral forms will be available in the Financial Aid & Awards Office (BR238) or from the Financial Aid website.

To confirm if a Fee Deferral has been approved, students can login to the Student Information Web Service and select "View Holds" under the Student Records menu.

Eligible sources of funding for fee deferral requests include but are not limited to student loans, scholarships, awards and tuition waivers, student lines of credit through financial institutions, and study grants.
