New Applicant (Finish incomplete application or Check your application status)

If you have previously applied online and did not complete your application or have not received notification of your permanent student number, use your login ID and PIN from your previous login and application submission. If you cannot remember your temporary login ID and/or PIN, please contact the Registrar’s Office between 8:30am and 4:00pm, Monday/Tuesday/ Thursday/Friday, or 10:00am to 4:00pm, Wednesday, at 604.984.4900 to obtain this information. Returning Applicant/Student (Submit an application for readmission or Check your application status)

If you have previously applied online and were issued your permanent Capilano University student number, or if you have previously registered or taken a credit course, please use your permanent Capilano University Student ID and PIN. If you cannot remember your permanent Capilano University Student ID and/or PIN, please contact the Registrar’s Office between 8:30am and 4:00pm, Monday/Tuesday/ Thursday/Friday, or 10:00am to 4:00pm, Wednesday, at 604.984.4900 to obtain this information.
