Use this procedure to change the order of the questions on your surveys and forms.
Edit the form or survey.
Go to the section containing the questions you want to reorder.
In the Order
column to the left of the question, click on the Up
and Down arrows to move
the question up or down in the order.
You can also click on the Number
and type in a new number that represents where in the order you want that
question to fall. If you type a number in you must hit Enter
to save the change.
Click Save and submit for publication.
